When you first start out it is important to zoom in on what is actually going to work and give you the best results.
When I coach a sales representative who has just started in the industry for the first time, I tell them to focus on two key things:
- The first is to know your market area and increase your knowledge so you can prospect for new business.
- The second is to work on the listing presentation – pricing, how to sell your services, and especially how to influence as that is really the key skill.
