- Advice for new agents: Have documented goals, become a skilled negotiator, master relationship selling, become a networking machine, command a strong local profile in all forms of media, dominate your database, embrace automation/tech, always be different, never stand amongst always be unique and attractive, learn to have a fast re-bound factor, never look back for very long
- How you overcame challenges in business: Guts, determination and an absolute love for what I do. Maintaining goals that are clear. This helps to define what is important and what's not. Acceptance that my challenges are part of my journey and become lessons, they are not the final destination.
