I’m going to give you a winning structure for your listing presentation that you’ll use from now onward.
You simply need to ask the right questions in the right sequence and then really listen to your clients’ responses.
The point is to get all the information you need around method of sale, marketing, pricing and fees, and what they want from an agent. When you learn to do this right you’ll already be ahead of agents who have been in the business for years and still have trouble closing. You’ll make the process easier for yourself and your customer, and you’ll have the right energy to win their trust.
I’ll also show you the best system for prospecting without having to do cold calling. It’s best to start with people you already know and simply be in touch with real estate news they can use for their areas. I’ll also help you find leads like other agents’ past clients, market appraisals and potential buyers that no one in your firm is contacting now.
