Surviving to Thriving. It's critical as days on market increase, you need to hold more stock, to allow you to take longer to sell the stock that actually converts. It's time to focus on doing a minimum number of transactions each month - staying consistent all year. Your skills as an agent at this time are crucial. If you can get your client clear on their vision, their dissatisfaction you can create a motivated client in order to move forward in their transaction. Right NOW, as an agent, you have a much bigger game to play and it's time to focus on the jobs that count and the basics of being a great agent;
  • Getting really clear on the jobs you get done for the customer
  • Make sure all your properties are beautifully presented
  • Great marketing
  • Making sure you keep your owners up to date on the current pricing and
  • Focusing more on change over costs rather than the final sale or purchase price
