In a market like what we're in today, you need to be really good at knowing who's actually going to be doing what, and the only way you're going to do that is by asking much better questions - so getting on the phone, and getting in front of the customers is a really important part.
Your goal as a great agent is to identify opportunity and potential cross-selling and then go and do something with it.
