Strategy, Measure, Adjust
As a great real estate agent, you need to make sure you've got intent and organisational clarity, which is the strategy of why you do what you do. Identify at the open for inspection:
  • How many already own a home?
  • How many are Landlords?
  • How many are first home buyers?
Our job is to then work out; are we booking for market appraisals, listing appointments or buyer appointments with these individuals?
