Josh Phegan is the internationally renowned go-to speaker, trainer and coach for high-performance real estate agents and agencies. He is the number one preferred trainer for Australia's top 100 agents and top 50 women in real estate.

In 2016 he took his career to a new level, speaking at more than 208 events in the US, UK, New Zealand and Australia. His mission is to inspire agents to achieve their potential and financial freedom.

He personally coaches some of the who's who in the real estate industry, both new, emerging and high-performance agents, with his number one sales agent writing in excess of $8.75m in fees, with over 196 transactions.

He hosts industry-leading events such as the Real Estate BluePrint and List Sell Negotiate, is the producer behind the high-performance podcast with Alexander Phillips.

To rapidly help his clients achieve their potential he has built a unique online training platform to measure and track the numbers that count for soft and hard KPIs, together with access to every piece of training content he has ever produced. In a way, Josh has automated the role of a great sales manager to monitor what counts and help lift agents up.

His company’s digital products and marketing have received top accolades internationally, helping to drive huge growth in his business.

Josh works with leading real estate agencies at both training and boardroom levels. Individually, he works with brand new people to help them establish the critical skills and behaviours to rapidly drive their careers and with industry heavyweight agents who have achieved incredible results of up to 196+ transactions per year.
